The day, with the manual steps engineered out.
Workflow automation, dispatch, quoting, invoicing sync, CRM cleanup: the connective software between the tools you already run. If your team exports, re-types, and reconciles, you're paying for a custom build in staff hours; we build the version that pays you back.
Every operations & automation problem we solve.

SOL/09Automation builders for working Florida operations
Our automation work runs live inside real operations: a Florida towing company's dispatch board, service trades' quote-to-invoice loops. That operator DNA is the difference between automation that demos well and automation that survives a Tuesday. Built by developers in Alachua County for businesses across Gainesville, North Central Florida, and, remote-first, the rest of the country.

Eclectic Electric
Brand and web platform for a Gainesville digital fabrication studio. CNC routing, fiber and CO2 lasers, signage, and projection mapping presented as one no-outsourcing shop where the drawing becomes matter.
What should a small business automate first?
The highest-frequency manual bridge between two systems, almost always one of: calls to calendar (booking), completed jobs to invoices, or leads to CRM. Automate the bridge your team crosses ten times a day before the exotic ones. We scope by watching the work flow, not by feature list.
Zapier and Make exist: why hire developers?
Keep Zapier for simple, rules-based bridges; it's good at them. Hire developers when flows need judgment, error handling, your own data model, or volume pricing that doesn't scale per-task. Our comparison guide draws the line honestly, including the cases where staying on Zapier is the right call.
Do you build automation for Gainesville and North Central Florida businesses?
Yes: with the receipts. Our dispatch platform runs a working Florida fleet daily, and our quote-to-invoice loops run inside real trades. Being based in Alachua County means local operations get discovery done standing in the actual shop; remote clients get the same build over screen shares.
Will automation break when our tools update?
Unowned automation does. That's the graveyard every business has: the Zap nobody understands, the script the old developer left. Ours is operated: monitored, fixed, and improved by the engineers who built it, on an ongoing arrangement. When an API changes, that's our pager, not yours.
How do we know the ROI before building?
Count the bridge-crossings: hours per week of exporting, re-typing, chasing, and reconciling, times loaded cost, plus the error rate. We put that math in the scope before any build starts, and if the math doesn't clear, we'll tell you not to build. Automation that can't name its recovered hours is decoration.
Custom software or off-the-shelf for operations?
Buy SaaS for commodity functions: payroll, email. Build custom when the workflow IS your business: how you dispatch, quote, schedule, and bill. Most operations need a hybrid: keep the tools that work, build the connective tissue between them. That connective tissue is our specialty.
