Solutions · Data & Dashboards

The right number, right now, without hiring an analyst.

Custom dashboards, AI data briefings, reporting automation, and the integrations that give a business one honest version of every number. Built on the same architecture as Kutta, our live AI data-visualization platform.

Data engineering from the builders of a live AI data platform

We don't configure BI templates. We shipped Kutta, an AI platform that turns raw operational data into briefings a non-technical operator can act on, and it runs as a live product. That same engineering builds your dashboard: your job data, your QuickBooks, your CRM, resolved into one screen per decision. From Alachua County, for Gainesville businesses and operators anywhere.

Questions operators actually ask
How is this different from Power BI or Tableau?

Those are analyst tools, excellent if you have analysts. We build for everyone else: dashboards that answer one decision each, in plain language, with an AI layer that explains what changed. It complements BI where BI exists and replaces the shelfware where it doesn't. The proof is Kutta, live as a product.

Our data is scattered and messy. Where do we start?

Where you are. Every build starts with the plumbing: connecting QuickBooks, the CRM, the scheduling tool, deduplicating, and establishing one honest version of each number. Waiting for clean data is how dashboard projects never start. The discipline arrives with the system that makes the data worth maintaining.

What does an "AI briefing" look like in practice?

Instead of a chart grid you interpret: "Revenue dipped Tuesday because two crews were down. This customer's order pattern broke. Thursday is overbooked against capacity." Plain-language findings over live data, charts one click away for verification. It answers the follow-up question too: that's the Kutta architecture.

Is custom data work overkill for a small business?

It's most valuable exactly where analysts don't exist. If your business runs on QuickBooks, a CRM, and export-to-spreadsheet rituals, there's a one-screen build that pays for itself in recovered hours and better calls. Scoped honestly, sometimes the answer is one dashboard, not a platform, and we'll say so.

Do you do this for Gainesville-area companies?

Yes, and the Alachua biotech corridor is part of why. Between Progress District startups, UF-adjacent practices, and working trades, North Central Florida is full of operations rich in data and short on analysts. We're the local builders with a shipped AI data product; discovery can happen at your conference table.

Who maintains the dashboard after launch?

We do: data tools rot fastest of all software when nobody operates them. Sources drift, APIs change, definitions evolve. Hosting, monitoring, and improvement stay with us, so the number on the screen stays a number you can bet on.
